1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using the website at trysynthetica.com (the "Site") or by making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase any products. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses the Site.

2. About Synthetica

Synthetica is a sole proprietorship operated by Dragan Jovanov, based in Meljine, Herceg Novi, Montenegro. We create and sell AI-generated digital products, including guides, templates, and printables (collectively, "Products"), available as instant digital downloads.

3. Products and Licence

Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use licence to access, download, and use the purchased Product for your own private, non-commercial purposes. This licence is limited to a single end user (you).

You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or duplicate any Product in whole or in part for distribution;
  • Redistribute, resell, sublicence, rent, or lend any Product to any third party, whether for free or for payment;
  • Share download links or Product files with other individuals or organisations;
  • Use any Product as the basis for a competing product or service;
  • Claim any Product as your own original work for commercial purposes;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, branding, or proprietary notices contained in any Product.

4. Delivery of Products

Products are digital files delivered by email as a secure download link after payment is confirmed. Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to a few minutes depending on payment processing. Download links may be time-limited or subject to a limited number of download attempts. If you experience any issue receiving or accessing your download link, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Payments and Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions conducted on or through this Site. This means Paddle is responsible for billing you, collecting payment, handling refunds and chargebacks where applicable, and remitting applicable taxes (including VAT) in accordance with local regulations. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Privacy Policy.

Synthetica does not store your payment card details. All payment data is handled exclusively by Paddle.

6. Refunds

Our refund policy is described separately in the Refund Policy. By purchasing, you agree to the terms of that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site , including text, graphics, logos, product files, and other materials , is owned by or licensed to Synthetica and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in or to that content beyond the personal-use licence described in Section 3.

Products are original works created using AI-assisted tools and are subject to copyright to the extent permitted by applicable law in the jurisdiction of creation (Montenegro). Synthetica asserts all available ownership and copyright interests in each Product.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this Site or any Product:

  • For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • To infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of any party;
  • To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site;
  • To attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its related systems.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Synthetica disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Products are digital files and we do not guarantee that they will be compatible with every device or software application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Synthetica and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montenegro.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of any Product after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
